I've tried once to get to PM at Marata str. 22.
I made a phone call at the entrance because I couldn't know how to get in.
However, they did not speak english at all and also not so kind.
One girl picked up, and I asked if they spoke english.
She said " HET! " , and then she hung up the phone.
So, I think, you may go if you speak russian!
